CIBC Investment Banking Student Mentorship Program for Women and Non-Binary People

The Investment Banking Student Mentorship Program is a voluntary initiative with the objective to build gender-balanced teams. It provides select students from under-represented talent segments pursuing careers in Capital Markets with an improved understanding of the industry, opportunities to build networks, and professional development support. 

If you identify as a woman or non-binary, and are currently in your 1st or 2nd year of your undergraduate degree, the Investment Banking Student Mentorship Program will give you the opportunity to accelerate your career development through: 

  • Gaining industry knowledge and leadership skills through monthly learning sessions  

  • Learning directly from leaders of the various areas of Capital Markets to gain a broader industry view 

  • Building your professional network through virtual and in-person VIP events 

  • Improving resume, networking and interview skills 

  • Securing a guaranteed interview for future summer CIBC Capital Markets opportunities!
